Screw chillers can be divided into two types: water-cooled screw chillers and air-cooled screw chillers. Because of their key components-the compressor adopts screw type, it is named screw chiller. The unit is in the state of gas coming out of the evaporator. Refrigerant: After adiabatic compression by the compressor, it becomes a high temperature and high pressure state.
The compressed gas refrigerant is cooled and condensed at equal pressure in the condenser, and then changes into a liquid refrigerant after condensation, and then expands to a low pressure through a throttle valve and becomes a gas-liquid mixture. Among them, the liquid refrigerant under low temperature and low pressure absorbs the heat of the substance to be cooled in the evaporator and becomes a gaseous refrigerant again. The gaseous refrigerant re-enters the compressor through the pipeline to start a new cycle. These are the four processes of the refrigeration cycle and the main working principle of the screw chiller.

2. Screw chillers for industrial
Coolant: 5～15℃ chilled water, or ethylene glycol solution; chilled water solution: -5～+5℃, can be used as ice storage, low temperature air supply, central air conditioning and other production process requirements.
Per customer's special requirements, the unit can be designed to provide chillers with large temperature difference (the temperature difference between inlet and outlet water is 8-15℃). Or higher water temperature unit (outlet water temperature 15℃～25℃). The cooling capacity is 94KW-3360KW.
3. Standard temperature screw chiller
The outlet water temperature is 5℃～35℃, and the full hermetic screw compressor unit is used; it can be used as a process cooling for plastics, electroplating, swimming pool, central air-conditioning host, etc.
4. Medium temperature screw chiller
The outlet water temperature is -5℃～-45℃, using imported semi-hermetic screw compressor unit; it can provide -5℃～-45℃ low temperature glycol solution or saline solution.
